Given that there's sound and it's only 720p I'm pretty sure that's a local copy from your phone which can be pretty glitchy depending on your signal quality.. check the video on the onboard SD, that's what matters
Here's an article that reports - a recent batch of Mavic's all have glare issues with the lens. I don't know if you solved your problem yet... If not, you should check this out:
