Go 4 issues

Just updated the go 4 app now when i open it it just shuts down. Any suggestions?

What OS? What phone? First try an uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't work then delete the app and side-load the last working apk (Android). I can't help with Apple.

Dump the GO-4 and reload it . I have the newest go app and it works fine on my mini 4 and even on my old 4 year old iPad

I’ve tried a number of times. No luck

Have you tried a hard boot on your iPad. Hold down the top right button, top edge of screen & the the home button together. Wait until you see the apple sign on your screen then let go.
