Goggles RE Linking issue

Anyone have the problem with the goggles not staying linked to the mavic? Every time I turn the goggles off and back on they don't recognize the mavic. However if the mavic is off and I power the goggles first and then the mavic it connects. Also it doesn't save the live view setting to HD, but converts to just 720p when I restart.

Update - I have the original white goggles and they don't have this issue. I just sent the goggles RE back for replacement. This is the second pair that I had to exchange for out of the box defects.
