Simple question should i fly with my mavic with a battery on the mavic or just seperate?

Fwiw... I have 3 batteries and when I travel with my MP I leave one attached to the aircraft and the other two packed. I take everything on the plane with me in either a Nanuk 920 or Lowepro BP 250.
