Going to several different countries..

Alright so before anyone ask this, yes I have done a lot of research about this

I will be traveling to several different countries this summer and have been doing my part by researching and checking the local drone laws and regulations and this is what I have so far.


Barcelona, Spain: very strict drone laws, basically don't try to fly here

Monte Carlo, France: similar to the US, but does not require registration. However, follow the their ten rules and you'll be fine

Florence, Italy: Could not find any clear information so I emailed them (probably won't get me anywhere)

Athens and Santorini, Greece: easy drone laws and regulations there, so fly with common sense and follow rules similar to FAA

Valletta, Malta: No rules and regulations yet, so just fly with common sense


If anyone knows anything differently, please provide your input! Thank you!

TL;DR: Can I fly my drone in Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and Malta?

Too bad. I would love to fly in Spain, but I won't bring my Mavic if I go this fall.

Very uncertain about taking my MP on a trip. Germany, Austria, Hungary very difficult to know if you can even legally fly the machine much less travel into the country with it.
