Good deal or scam?

They are without a doubt scamming people. Amazon will be happy to refund your money but they cannot refund your time. Everyone missed out on Black Friday and other holiday specials because Amazon allowed these scammers on their platform. Amazon should make it right. What does "make it right" mean? They should refund your money OR do whatever they have to do to deliver exactly what you ordered at the EXACT same price.

amazon will probably make it right but you have to ask. they have to ability to "replace" your order with one of theirs or they have been known to give credits of $100 or $200 by a manager but you have to ask.

It was a scam. I bought the Mini 4K for 209 on black Friday. It never cane. Amazon was very good about it and refunded my money immediately. I waited three weeks before contacting them. I had the refund in eight hours. Too bad, I was pretty excited about it
As a heads up - not sure its a well known fact: if you do not report the fraud/non-fulfillment and request a chargeback from your credit card company within 60 days of the charge, you own the debt. Stories from a seller about late shipments, import issues, export issues, etc.: never accept any excuse for delays in shipment. At 50 days, start filing the paperwork.

Ordered the avata 2 at a good discount on nov 26th. I was told to expect delivery by dec 12th. then on the 12th it was changed to be expected on the 18th. I waited a couple of days after just to be sure then went to do a refund.
That's when I found that a supposed refund had already been issued by the seller on Nov 26th - the same day I placed the order. I checked my credit card and no refund was actually issued.
I called Amazon and actually talked to a real rep. they said that it is a known problem for fraud from the seller but they needed to escalate it to the fraud department. The service rep said that I would be getting a refund within 7 business days.
So right now it's at 30 days from the original order. If Amazon doesn't make it right I still have time to go the credit card route.
I ordered directly from DJI and it was here in 3 days and that was even over the christmas holiday.

Fraudsters love people like you. Hopeful, optimistic, and usually late to file the chargeback because it was the weekend or something similar that took an extra day.
Seriously - why haven't you ALREADY done the fraud report to your CC company?
