Very nice! Especially like the sequence at 0:53, and if you're eager to get up early again, a re-shoot of the part beginning 1:16 with the sun kissing the top of those trees in the center would be spectacular I think.

Did you encounter any flight restrictions.?.I recently tried to take off in york at 5-30 in the morning to take some pics of the cathedral but got a message on screen.The message requested me to basically tick a box then confirm I take full responsibility of my actions.I ticked the relevant box,pressed accept but it then said I needed a internet connection which I did not have.The pop up box covered my screen image.It allowed take off so I managed to get a couple of shots blind but was wary of flying so quickly brought her down.

I took of from the museum gardens.This is a public park but it is bang in the centre of york.You can see the york minster to the right on the map..There are a few ground hazards but show up as fly with caution and observe the rules.The DJI map shows zero results for non flight.
I do not want to blatantly break any rules but I would like to establish what the cause was and if the app requests internet connection for the unlock how is this done out in the field.

Have you heard of or read the UK drone code by the CAA ?, the code states you must not fly over conjested areas (Towns, Cities etc.). If you were not aware, I would advise you remove your video from public view before you get a summons.

Is this aimed at me or the op.If me,yes I am aware.I was within the rules.I was flying in a park with nobody there but me and the birds.I did not leave the boundary of the park.

My point was, in the UK, besides the NFZ and other advisory zones, we should also apply the Drone code.

I was refering to the flying other Bath city.
