Hmmm... The article really doesn't say anything, except, "The bill seeks to addresses civil UAS flying up to 200 feet above ground level within a state, local, or tribal government’s jurisdiction." The rest of it is just talking about who works with who to move forward... But, forward with what? I don't see any info. It sounds like a move in the right direction... I think.
