What app will allow me to add GPS coordinates for my Mavic 2 Zoom to fly to, from my home location?

Litchi will do this.

I second that. You can directly input your own coordinates in a waypoint or just see your coordinates when you make a waypoint.

As said, it does work with Litchi, but I assume it works "well" with it because it works so well with my P4 and Mavic Pro.
