Graphical KMZ/KML file editor?

Is anyone aware of a KMZ/KML file editor with a graphical interface? I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I'm hoping to find a quick and simple way to trim and edit files and possibly insert points and paths or edit properties. Even simple operations are slow and tedious using a text editor.
