I was looking on the internet for a while for a good practical case for the Mavic 2. I was originally wanting a backpack as its more practical when you are out and about but some just looked way to cramped for all the equipment or were far to expensive.
I then started looking as cases and also found that some although carrying the Mavic, controller and batteries were quite tight in space for all the required extras and some were just uber expensive. I then seen this cheaper one on Amazon (UK) and thought it looked to have a lot more room in the square section at the bottom of my pics for the required extras. I then went and bought it and it came in today. I must say I am more than impressed for the price. The case carries everything and it is not a squeeze. I have tried to show this in the pictures. The car charger/ charging hub, battery usb thing and normal battery charger (with UK plug) fit no problem at all. It also comes with two bags (they call them battery bags) which are great for small accessories which can fit on top of this compartment. I even tried it with a fourth battery in this compartment and it all fits no problem. There is also a flap for holding spare props and other small accessories as well as pouch on the lid for a ipad or the likes. Overall I would highly recommend it for the price. It would even fit in any small day pack.
PS I am new to forums and dint know weather to click thumbnails or full image in the editor thing so I selected full image. If i select thumbnails would you still be able to see the full image?View attachment 68306IMG_3203.JPGIMG_3207.JPGIMG_3208.JPG

I had a soft sided case for my M2P with the rigid compartments. Found it too much rattling around of contents. I ended up biting the bullet and getting a GPC case, foam liner and 2 layers. I am much more pleased with the protection and nothing is under stress or rattling. BTW, I’m too old for backpacking and if I have to hike, climb, etc to my take off spot I use my Spark on a belt clip with prop protector as seen below:

I bought a back pack style for $30 on e-bay. Fits everything including a tablet in the top hard shell area and is light and comfortable to wear/carry. That is a carry handle at the top in the side on pic. It carries three batteries or four if you add another to the drone itself.

By clicking thumbnail, you just show a small image like I have here, but if the viewer clicks on the thumbnail, it will go to a large image.
