Came across this video this morning, good use of the active tracking feature. All credit to the author.

Cool video. I shot this recently, first 2 times using active track. Very impressed with how well it does work.

great shots, can you tell me more details of your settings, mostly automatic?
How was the controller mounted on the bike

Thanks Carlos, all automatic modes. Used mostly Active track - Profile mode. Also the AT - Trace. I can tweak the mavic while riding (see pictures) but all of that vid is the mavic flying. Very cool stuff. I am impressed so far.

Very inexpensive stuff I ordered off the web. The phone mount was $10 on amazon and the bag like $20 i think.

Just came across this. Great stuff! I aim to do a lot of this kind of shooting (motorcycling).

Have you continued to develop your technique? Would love to hear any tips or tricks. Have you ever done an active track from the app without connecting to the remote control?

I'm heading off on a trip this weekend and renting a bike that won't have a tank bag. I've got my own ram mount, but wouldn't be able to keep the remote control connected easily.
