Does anybody have this kind of antenna used in a ground station setup? I have a modded remote with the NanoSync antenna which is absolutely amazing, but I'd like to have a form of permanent ground station antenna that I can operate the Mavic without needing to orient the antenna towards it. Ideally, I'd have at least a 3-4' cable that I could use. My ground station is inside my house, and I have gear in place to display the video feed on a dedicated monitor, and I surprisingly get about 400-500' of range while operating indoors. These antennas would be placed outside.
My question is 1) Will these work? 2) If they can be used, would it be wise to add a booster inline?
