HDMI is activated when turned on

HDMI is activated each time it is turned on . I deactivate HDMI - turn it off, and when I turn it on, HDMI is always active-on .
Does anyone know why HDMI every time self switch ON.?

I experience the same with my smart controller. Perhaps it is a default setting. I don't worry about it
