Hello everybody,

new pilot from Vancouver, BC with a mavic mini. Got it about a week ago and so far everything is awesome . As a hobbyist photographer, a drone is a big upgrade.

One quick question: if i replace the props with larger ones or replace the props and the motors, will that help with stability and thrust? If yes which ones do you suggest?

Welcome to the forum! I was up there on vacation about five years ago, crossing the Lions Gate Bridge (as seen in your pic), when I saw my first-ever white drone flying next to us.

Have fun with your Mini. When we’re allowed to go out again, join a local Vancouver drone meet-up group. You’ll learn quite a bit, and will meet some like-minded hobbyist photographers, as well. Then come back here and share what you’ve learned.

Props and motors aren't the best things to replace on DJI drones. They are vital components of the aircraft and DJI used what they thought was best. And I can only assume they made a great choice since they are the leader in consumer drone design. So...
