Welcome to our forum, from Hauptmann in North Texas!

The MA2 is a great machine with a great camera. Lots of cool stuff to shoot in your part of the UK.

Read the manual (link below), and be conservative at first.
Practice using "Find My Drone". Don't wait until you lose your MA2 before you try to learn how to find it. We have over 120,000 members world wide to help you advance as a pilot and photographer. Ask for help when you need it. Share your work when you can.

Thanks for joining!

Hello from Massachusetts, to me it was like learning to ride a motorcycle, it will scare you but you earn respect for its limitations. Have fun...

Hello all,
Just taken delivery of a Mavic Air 2, and not even left the ground yet....
Not flown anything for about 40 years, and even then, it usually didn't end well...
So, please stand by for the usual array of silly questions and pointless observations.
Cheers
Welcome nice to hear from where I came from. I was originally from Palmer,Mass. I now in Chattanooga, Tn. As for flying it’s awesome. Read the manual. When you do if it doesn’t feel right. Don’t do it. Plenty of good advice and pilots here. You Tube is a great help. I myself had a phantom 3 Standard and now Two Mavic Minis.
