I do indeed have my Part 107, My drone has been registered, and I have already joined the local AMA

I do not know just how badly you are restricted due to the restrictive drone laws of NYC due to your location, but one of the advantages of your part 107 is that you can get authorizations to fly where your Rec Pilot friends cannot, you just have to request an FAA Authorization to do "roof inspections, real estate videos, and other commercial endeavors," like "scenic photos and videos…" Hint, Hint… BTW, the FAA does not send out agents to see if you are really shooting a roof, but shot a photo anyway. It is good practice…
