Help i think my pro might be broken

Please help. I bought a very good quality rc pro on eBay. Everything works great except the tension on the sticks. I was about to adjust the right one and add some tension but the left one will not tighten past a certain level. Also when I put the Allen key in the hole the stick seems to move but doesn’t go any tighter. Is there something wrong. Please help. Anyone ever have this issue?

Might not be as good quality as you thought. Have you contacted the seller?

The owner before you may have unscrewed the screw from the tensioner by unscrewing it to far, can you "Gently" screw and unscrew it? To reinstall the screw into the tensioner requires Disassembly.
