Help!! Lost All My Missions in Mission Hub

After a few months away from Mission Hub, a tried to open a previous mission and it comes up empty. Nothing there. I had about 10 missions previously created. Where did they go?? Quite an incredible amount of time spent to create them.

Where are missions stored? Can I back them up? Can I get them back????

Yes. I am logged in properly. I even logged out and logged back in.

Yes. I am logged in properly. I even logged out and logged back in.

Do they show up in the website version ?

If not then email [email protected] and ask if they have a backup, it may be a fault on their side

I had the same problem. It all started one day when I logged in by Facebook and that was the problem. I then logged in by using my username and password and there were all my missions for the past year.

If you are using Litchi on an iOS, you can connect to the app and there is a missions folder which has your missions there. You can download from there and import to Litchi hub. If you are using android, I *think* there may be a missions folder somewhere but I don't use android but think I read about it once.

THAT WAS IT!!!! Logged in with Facebook instead of username and password and there they were. Thank you, thank you.
