The regular charging hub doesn't do cell balancing????

I'm not sure at all, I went back to the manual (MAVIC+Battery+Charging+Hub.pdf) and it says "The Charging Hub (Advanced) optimizes charging to improve efficiency" and later "The Charging Hub (Advanced) charges the batteries in stages, making charging multiple batteries faster". So that probably has nothing to do with cel balancing, and in fact the battery itself probably balances its own cels.
