Help! My DJI go app4 will not open.

Ive tried updating, uninstalling, installing, yelling and I just cant find the answer.
Does anyone have any other tricks I can try. As soon as I click on it, it crashes.
It would be appreciated if you could help me.

Is this new behaviour, if so did you change anything prior to the trouble appearing?
Is this a failure to open automatically, or in response to touching the screen icon, or both?
If a failure to open automatically try opening it manually and watch to see if you are asked if, in future, you want it to be opened automatically.

I apologise for not including all of the information needed. I have a Google pixel4a, Im flying a Mavic Pro.
Ive been flying it every day for the last week. All of a sudden the other day, DJI Go app 4 will not open

Yes you may ask Sir, The DJI website is where Ive been getting that precious material. Do you think there is a difference on where you get this from?

thanks for your reply ,i asked because the App no longer works when downloaded via the play store , and is only available via DJI downloads

Force close your app on the phone. Delete app. Turn phone off wait a few minutes then reboot and reinstall. Works for me with some apps that have problems.
