Help needed calibration.

So I've bought a second hand mavic air. Says to update on dji go 4 app but cant complete.

Gyro is red so poor

Cant calibrate shows errors please see attached errors.

Any help would be appreciated

dont know where you are but you need a good internet connection to do the update ,you need the app on the device connected to the controller and then have the drone turned on and linked make sure that your batteries have a good charge in them at least 75% then in your first screen shot touch the red bar where it says update needed it should then begin the update it can take quite a while depending on your internet speed as far as the calibration is concerned you need to follow the instructions on the screen and change the positions of the drone when prompted make sure the surface is completely flat during this process

Thanks for the response. I've gone through this a number of times theres two load percentages the one gets to 100% and goes but the other gets to 31% then it crashes out with the other error pictured. Have you come across this before?

i have always done any updates using the app and never had any issues maybe you need to use the dji assistant 2 on your computer to do the drone and controller
