I really need help to understand, I have recently purchased a DJI Mavic Pro and want to use it near my home in Hoboken NJ

I cannot understand the B4UFly app it’s so confusing and I have been reading online now for days.

Can someone help me understand as a hobby flyer what restrictions outside of normal basic rules do I have ?

Is this class B airspace as all major airport are more than 5 miles away but I believe there is lots of heliports local ?

AirMap is showing based on 14th street riverfront Hoboken I just need to contact New York Skyports Inc is that correct ?

I find AirMap a lot more clear than B4UFly. Under the current recreational rules, you are supposed to notify any airport/heliport/seaport within 5 miles before you fly, so that's probably why NY Skyports is mentioned in your app.
