Help needed on a Phantom 3 Standard

Good day.
Is there anyone that can maybe assist me in the setup on my phantom 3 Std? My connection with the DJI app / Receiver / Drone setup is just not working. Im near Oak Grove, but will meet to try and get this setup right

1. Make sure you're using the DJI Go4 app
2. What Mobile Device are you using?
3. Could you clarify what you mean by "Drone Setup"? Drone not connecting to the remote control? Not connecting to the Mobile device?

There is a fair chance that the connection problem between the controller and the phone is the cable, try alternative cables.
I assume the controller is connecting to the drone.
