HELP: New Mavic Mini, but when charged the right two lights just flash

This happens while charging it with the provider charger and cord plugged directly into a socket.

I plug it in, the normal "left to right" charging begins, but after the first two lights flashing, it switches to flashing the right two lights over and over.

Does not seem to change after charging it for an hour plus.

This is a Mavic Mini that's been refurbished by Amazon.

update: i think i figured out what this means. i opened up my mini and there was a ribbon cable disconnected. i reconnected it and now the drone works like new

does the mini turns on normally before reconnecting the ribbon?
