What's up Mavic community - heading to the above mentioned cities TOMORROW. Any advise on bringing my mavic?
Hi
In Russian you need a permission, In Estonia and in Sweden a name tag and common sense is OK..if you fly on countryside or non crowded areas.
"General Russia Drone Laws
Drone use is allowed in Russia, but there are several Russian drone laws that need to be followed when flying in the country. Operators must ensure that they follow the following laws when flying in Russia,
- You must register any drone weighing over 250 grams (0.55lb) with the Transport agency. Contact information for the transport agency is listed at the bottom of this page
- You must have a pilot and a watcher for each flight. The watcher stands by and monitors the flight.
- You must create a flight plan and submit it to the Transport agency ahead of each drone flight. A flight plan should include the model of the drone you are using, the purpose of the flight, time you are flying and area you intend to fly in
- Do not fly your drone over people or large crowds
- Respect others privacy when flying your drone
- Do not fly your drone over military installations, power plants, or any areas that could cause concern from local authorities
- You must fly during daylight hours and only fly in good weather conditions
- Do not fly your drone near airports or in any area were aircraft are operating"
Sweden - a bad translation by Google - You need permission in cities and public places.

SHOW CONSIDERATION
A droner sounds and can interfere with others
people. Flights where you do not disturb anyone and
Just distribute photos on the ones themselves
Chosen to be photographed.
FLY IN CIRCUMSTANCES
Always fly to see your drones. Flight
No more than 120 meters or more away
Than 500 meters from you.
KEEP COLLECT ON THE FLIGHTS
CONTROL ZONES
You need permission to fly within one
Airport control zone, which sometimes extends
Several miles from the airport. See all Sweden's
Control zones on the drönarkartan www.lfv.se.
KEEP RESISTANCE TO PEOPLE
AND ANIMALS
Make sure you have a proper distance, and flight
Never over crowds. The basic rule is exposed
Not others at risk.
Fly safely with
Your droner
Flying drones is fun. Here are some tips and rules like you
Should know before letting your drones lift toward the sky.
Do you fly on assignments?
If you earn money on your flight or fly on mission
You must have permission from the Transport Agency. You are looking for it
At www.transportstyrelsen.se/dronare
AIRPORTS
To apply for permission to fly within a control zone
Contact the nearest airport in the area you have
Supposed to fly.
RESTRICTED AREAS
There are also restricted areas in Sweden
Where it is forbidden to fly, for example over
Prisons, nuclear power plants and national parks.
When flying drones, you are bound to follow
The laws and regulations that apply to all aviation.

Estonia follows the European Union basic rules - rather liberal...Like in my home country Finland. Use common sense and do not fly over people.
"For recreational users - Drone Rules"
I think drones with cameras for recreation have been outlawed in Sweden - completely! Google it.
Shame because it's a beautiful place.
