To All,

I just started receiving this on screen error today (Forward Obstacle Sensors Not Responding) on a New/Refurbished Mavic Pro. I have only flown this particular drone once before, just around my backyard. This is a replacement drone that I just received on April 18th thru my DJI Care Refresh.

I calibrated IMU and Compass prior to these flights today

I went to my normal practice/test area, these are clear, wide open farm fields on top of a high ridge line. I have never received any interference here at all and I have been flying here for 3 years. The first log file is really the only time I actually got it to fly, but at first I was blocked from moving forward, then all of a sudden I was able to and took her pout for a quick loop. Still acting funny so I brought her back pretty quick and set her down to check things out. The other log files are more attempts to fly but could not...

Is there somewhere in the DJI Go 4 app where you can calibrate the forward sensors?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

You need do the Forward sensors calibration in Assistant. I had the same issue when I got my Mavic. You face the bird towards your screen and move it according to what the screen tells you.

Load up the DJI Assistant 2, connect the MP to the computer via its USB port and turn it on with the RC. After entering the Assistant, select Calibration from the menu. Follow the sensor calibration instructions. Easy Peasy. If the calibration fails, talk to DJI.

I saw that same calibration correction being done on a Youtube vid but it was a year old posting. Came here today to see if it is still done this way since the bird, MPP, was giving me a way to do it through the radio controller but I got continuous 'fails'.
I do find it interesting that the same issue arose with me through the very same process. I'd just received my bird back from DJI Care after needing a gimbal repair.
I hesitate to bind with DJI Assistant 2 cuz I'm purposely using an older firmware build on the bird itself. I hope it doesn't 'make' me update that firmware on the bird in doing the calibration.
This is the vid that helped me understand-

Process as per the video seems to have worked. Be sure to have your bird powered up when connecting to computer..
