help with mavic mini red light

my mini red rear lights just flash red steady did imu cal all suggestions but can not unlock in the fly app fly without gps warning it is connected to contoller but motors will not start mu battries are new also hope I can get some help I miss flying this little drone thanks from a retired Army E7 11c

I'm not exactly sure from your question if your led is on SOLID red or FLASHING red.

Even though the batteries are new, did you try to charge them first?

I think you should capture your DJI Fly app, we can look at that and guess somethings for you
