Are you taking your stills in RAW or jpeg format?

Mostly in jpeg but now I set it to RAW. The image I am showing is a screenshot from the video.

Nothing looks like it's in focus, did you tap to focus? In low light situations you have to be more mindful of your settings but to me, the screen shot looks like it's out of focus; first and foremost.

Yes I tapped focused, but it something more than focus, what would make the lights look that way?

What picture profile are you using? It also looks like your custom settings are something like -2 -2 -2 and you've applied no sharpening in post.

In my opinion it looks like Custom Settings, a non locked focus point and a lack of sharpening in post.
