Yagi, Booster antenna or both or none? (I'm in the US so 5.8 GHz)

Perhaps for stronger signal in a noisy environment.. Bear in mind thes devices have a narrower signal beam so controller antennae orientation is much more important than stock.

If you’re just going to fly legally in the average type of environment I buy landing gear or strobes, etc, first.

I'm in the UK using 2.4 Yagi and they're too large to fit inside the parabolics.

I have ordered the 5.8 smaller one that couples beith the parabolic. I am in the UK too but I thought I would give it a try. Just waiting for it to arrive
