Home made Landing Pads

So I made a landing pad for home and thought there must be others out there building their own too.. So lets see some .. Here's mine.

Night view.. I can change colors and strobe. I used the led strips and the yellow and black stripes are caution tape.

Here's mine...cut out cardboard + painters tape...works OK for backyard use.

I just use the floor mat out of my truck if i need it

I used a piece of coroplast (corrugated plastic) 4mm thick and 26" Diameter.

On the bottom side I remove one layer right in the center so it folds easy, then I painted it, I use three small homemade pegs to fasten it to the ground.

I've found that the Mavic doesn't like the led strips at night., Even with avoidance turned off it drifts away from the pad.. Hmmmm

Made mine from small squares of 2mm plastic riveted in corner to open into one big square. Small enough to fit in bag, big enough and heavy enough to use anywhere anytime.
