Apparently this occurred in Utah, can't find the date. Notice the railroad crossing signs did NOT activate and block traffic.

It was a few days ago, during a big snow storm and the arms had gone into fault mode, and were down. Until a serviceman was dispatched. They are still conducting their investigation, but I think it will show the serviceman over-rode the programming and put the arms back in the up position. Then the train came.
