Hi, i tried searching the internet for this but I can’t find a specific answer. Hope everyone can help me with this.

Just curious if in a strong wind situation, will the MPP hover better in sport mode compare to P mode? As i am hoping to record the video in a strong wind area

Yes, the extra power will let it counter the winds.
