How can I live stream with a DJI RC controller (not the Pro)

When it comes to electronics and the internet I know almost nothing. I am using the DJI RC (not Pro model) with my Mavic 3. I know I would need Wi-Fi access and also know the DJI RC does not have it built in like the PRO does. My iPhone 12 mini is a Wi-Fi hot spot so can that’s be used to accomplish what I want?

Exactly how would I go about Live Streaming with the DJI RC and my iPhone?

Should be the same for both the RC Pro and the DJI RC. Both would need to hotspot to your phone for internet when away from Wifi.
