How do I get Flight Reader to download logs from DJI ?

below is what I see from that page and my flight reader.

The top row of my flight reader differs from that shown on the phantom help page and I can find no way to expose "File" and "Help".

I'm stuck, help please.

Correct.
To be honest I don't think I have ever seen it.
I think I started with one of your trial versions quite some time ago and I don't think I updated it when I won the licence.
It's 1.3.34 running on windows 7, I have win 10 on the same computer but don't like Win 10.

That version is almost 2 years old.

Ta, if I update and the new version doesn't work with Win 7 can I delete the new version and go back to 1.3.34 with the current license, I think I still have the instal file somewhere?
