I noticed that the compression artifacts are very noticeable when it is on the ocean

even on the raw footage it also is very noticeable, and youtube just worsened that after youtube compress it for viewers how to fix that

I use D-Cinelike and the shutter speed is twice as the frame rate which is 30 fps , and i put nd filter, but i forgot i put 64 or 16
