How do I turn off email notifications

In my dashboard I have turned OFF email notifications...... Yet I still receive them for every topic or reply that I have posted in

.

I had to also turn off 'Automatically Watch Threads' to stop getting email.

You still have to go and unsubscribe ("Unwatch") from the forums you've participated in.
