HOW DO YOU SLOWLY TILT THE GIMBAL UP OR DOWN ???

I might be blind but will someone please explain how to get a cinematic shot while slowly tilting the gimbal up and turning left or right to reveal the picture ??? I've adjusted the gimbal roll to a slower speed and all I know is my 5D button moves it all the way down or up very fast ??????

You can adjust the gimbal tilt using the wheel on the top, left corner of the remote controller. Move it just a bit to tilt the gimbal slowly.

^ What he said . The 5 way jog button is so you can move the camera back to front or down very quickly even if you have the gimbal wheel set super slow .
