Hello everyone, in this post, I would like you to answer a question or more to help me how to fly at night without problems. The place where I want to fly is dim, but I have seen people flying their mini mavics without problems and the question is how do they do it?

Very carefully. The downward position sensor probably won't work, and you may have a hard time seeing anything through the main camera, but GPS still works for position stability.
Fly VLOS.

Carefully, risky without experience. Would not expect much help from the camera, you will rely on your GPS and controller mapping. Try some daytime "map" flying without using your camera. Enlarge map and fly. Just a thought.

There are things called Strobe lights.
Don't fly outside of your vision of those strobe lights.
But I think you are flirting with the danger of losing your drone.
How would you expect to see obstacles. ???

All of the above advice plus, only fly in an area that you have already inspected in the daylight. And hopefully, have actually flown in. Plan a flight route and do not deviate from it. Do not stare at the drone but allow your eyes to shift around to prevent seeing things that aren't there! And, yes, use strobes that can be seen at least 3 miles away.
