How is everything cheaper in Canada?

I just saw that everything is cheaper in Canada, M3 is $2050, RC Pro is $950 and so on. How? I literally live 2 hours away from Canada and just realized this
I thought almost everything is generally equally or more expensive in Canada compared to US

I just watched a Youtube review from someone in Canada, He said because their import Taxes are lower in Canada compared to the US. IDK if that's true if someone can confirm but that's what he said.

It's because the USA still has a tariff on goods from China. It's one of the rare times items are less expensive here than the US.

I know that when I bought my Mini2 it was $50 less expensive and I just ordered a a couple of Phantom 4 batteries. Price was $185 USD on the DJI US store but when choosing Canada as the location the price dropped to $169.

At some point I'm sure the tariffs will be eliminated but who knows how long that will take. As far as I can tell, the Trump administration levied the 10 percent tariff effective September 1st 2019.

$950 RC Pro looks very tempting to me compared to the $1200 price point in US
