Oh, right, just saw that. Does the Phantom not have a Wifi mode? I don't have one so not sure.

No it doesnt and he even says in part of the video he is using his right "joystick" to push forward...there must be some crazy app he has that makes a wireless connection.

Maybe, I would expect the controller is modded as well then since the app would have to run on the controller as well.

P3S is wifi

The P3S controller has a WiFi hotspot built into it which you connect your phone to. No cable is used.
