How long does the CAA take to process a PFCO?

So I'm a new pilot, the RAF sent me and a few others on an NQE before xmas as they needed some test pilots for a new drone system.
After completing the course I decided I wanted more out of the qualification so I brought my own Mavic 2 and started working towards my PFCO.
I finally submitted my Ops manual a week ago but as of yet I have not heared anything back, so I am wondering how long those of you with a PFCO had to wait to get it processed?

Once the payment has been TAKEN allow up to 28 WORKING DAYS for you to receive your LICENSE.

We cannot contact the CAA until it has exceeded 28 working days from the CAA receiving payment from your application.
