I was in Chang Mai for Loy Krathong in 2013...was amazing! Wish i'd had a drone to film the balloon launches and the river floats.

We've just had Loy Krathong 2022 Watching and launching balloons at one location only this year, admission over $100! I attended many when it was FREE.
