I don’t fit into your questionnaire. I’m only 81. As an ancient pilot, I like the less risky drone flying. I’m also an old retired geographer specialized in air photo interpretation and remote sensing. So, what a pleasure for me to have gone from a kite made out of brown paper with a hanging Brownie camera to a Mavic Air! Hoping you’ll still be able to run a forum enquiry at my age! ?

I’d be interested to see a restructured poll that kept the 10 year groupings consistent: 46 - 55, 56 - 65, 66 - 75, 76 - 85, 86 - 95.....

Predict the peak would be 66 - 75 or 56 - 65.

76 big ones and been at this drone (called them quads back then) thing since 2011. I've had them all, seems like; started flying the DJI offerings back when the Phantom 1 was popular. Mount your GoPro and get ready for low battery flashing lights at 7 minutes. I still have my sporty fliers like the Traxxas Aton, MJX Bugs 3, Eachine EX2 mini and a big bus sized quad my Blade Chroma. I guess you can say I'm in this hobby for the long haul.

Approaching my 81'st this summer and didn't get my first "proper" drone until I was 78. Steady is how best to describe my flying. However, I have got a 48 in, battery powered, model of a Spitfire to finish before the drone flies again
