Down arrow isn’t the only way to land.
If you’re in mode 2 on the controller, bring it close to the ground(8 or 10 feet) then hold the left stick down. Should land normally with that method. Unless it sees something it doesn’t like.

I tried go use the DJI Go 4 app and the DJI GO app but neither would connect to the phone to let me transfer to my phone.

Thanks. I was able to direct transfer to my PC.

4 batteries
2 extra sets of props (plus the ones currently on)
Car charger
128 GB SDHC card Class 10 V30 U3
Prop strap holder

I still need my landing pad, drone skin and the four in 1 charger and then I think I'm set.

Word to the wise... invest in a battery strap to ensure the battery and airframe can't part company in mid flight. This is the Achilles heel of both Mavic models (original and Mavic 2 series), as well as the Air series (up to Air2S).

And if at any point you plan on flying close to built structures: get a set of PGYTech prop guards.
