Going to fly along the Apache Trail today. I don't mind the overcast sky. Less contrasty landscape for a change!

Really? Overcast is the best condition for pics and video.

Really? Overcast is the best condition for pics and video.

I don't mind clouds (example below) and am editing a beautiful video that I will post soon with clouds but gray sky's and no sun provides too little contrast for me.

Yes, I ned to correct my statement. For grand landscapes that include a lot of earth and sky, then blue sky with partial clouds can be great. If you're not including the sky or making closeups of earthly details, then I prefer the soft contrast of overcast light.

Yes I understand, as I don't shoot around noon when the suns out as it washes everything.
