First I bought a mavic pro used, I filmed a little bit here and there and it looked so nice, like cinematic. when I got it already had a nd filter (nd8) on it and settings from previous owner but unfortunetly I lost the drone in water.. a couple of weeks forward I bought another one and now when I record, its not cinematic anymore, its more like normal camera. I even used nd filter 4 and 16 but not luck.
So the question is how do I get it to be more cinematic? I got a couple of videos from old drone as example with what I mean with "cinematic" look.

Are you in FPV mode? the camera shouldn't tilt like that. As far as cinematic look its hard to say exactly what you mean. Shoot in 24fps (25fps if shooting in PAL), dampen your gimbal settings and control settings. I think theres a cinematic setting in intelligent flight modes that will make your stops less abrupt.

cinematic look as in its kinda dark and looks like its a movie instead now it looks like a normal look.. I will upload a video of how it looks now

Might be just me (I've been told I'm unbalanced), but it looks like your gimbal's horizon needs to be adjusted. Here's a thread regarding that Mavic 2 Zoom - Horizon issue

... and a video about correcting the tilt:

A true 'cinematic look' is first about smooth moves as stated above and it can be enhanced with color grading in post.
This was shot with color at 'none'. No d-log, d-cine, etc. but then color graded in Premiere with Lumetri (this has some jerky moves that would end up cut out):

... and here's a video shot in D-Log and color graded with LUTs in Lumetri.
This video was shot as an example of our abilities for a major Hollywood production company (we landed the gig - watch for it on the big screen):
