How to post video on this Forum.

I have only posted a couple of videos on this Forum and found out, 1. You can't upload video directly. 2. I have had success by posting the URL of the video on Facebook. 3. Recently one of our members apparently couldn't view the video this way because I guess he didn't have a Facebook Account.
What is the best way? Do I really need to have my own YouTube channel to post video? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

YouTube seems to be the overwhelming fav. Others do work.
I personally avoid FB due to the frequency at which they seem to get hacked.
