How to save recorded video to iPhone also

Hey all. I’m new to droning. Loving my MA. I have a SD card I record my footage to. But isn’t there a way also to save the video to my iPhone? Also if I am making my videos for Facebook and YouTube, should I still record in 4K? Or do a lower resolution? Thanks.
