How to stop the e-mails for threads?

I am new here but will try to point you in the right direction, up in the right hand corner next to the mail symbol is a box with you initial in it or your avaitar at least on my mine. Click on that and scroll down to preferences and in there you will find one that you can click to unsubscribe to the emails you are getting.

Maybe reboot your device and that will make it set. If not try everything posted again.
Really sounds like you have a setting on. Play with it some and see if you can figure it out.
